The Healer's Search

Author: Namrata Ragade, MD

Here and there

We rush each day

Looking for that elusive

something, somewhere

At times we need

To sit and stare

Reflect what matters

To our heart

And listen to what it says…

Then we can find joy

And we can cry

Let go of what matters not

And bring in that we care about

Laugh and dance a little each day

We are human and need that self care

We are love, we know that

Exhausted and overwhelmed

We forget that…

We yearn to find the happy spark

The one that lights our thoughts

Hidden, yet always there

Seek and it will reveal itself!
