Leadership Accelerator

This CME program utilizes a multi-pronged approach with personalized coaching, 360-degree evaluations, group and individual sessions and more. With an emphasis on defining the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to be an exceptional leader, and providing skills and leadership training for those women who are early to mid-career. This unique CME program helps women not only navigate a path to leadership, but also impart personalized skills and strategies to be successful in those positions. Leadership development programs can be an effective way to fill the pipeline of leaders proactively, and a focus on early to mid-career physicians is essential to support and promote women in medicine and close the leadership gender gap.
