Welcome to the WIMS blog!

Since its creation in 2019, the Women in Medicine Summit (WIMS) has strived to unify the voices of women in medicine and champion gender equity discussions throughout the practice of medicine. Through this blog, we expand #womeninmedicine content applicable to our professional communities. We amplify voices critical to the discussions on gender equity.  We welcome content from clinicians in practice, residents, students, male allies, and non-clinicians.  Too frequently siloed in medicine, we gain strength by learning from our similarities AND differences.
