Women in Medicine® (“WIM”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that educates and empowers women in healthcare, alongside our male allies, to drive meaningful change in our healthcare systems.
WIM empowers women in healthcare through evidence-based strategies and impactful initiatives. We create space where physicians and all healthcare professionals can connect, collaborate, and drive innovation in women's health—transforming care for patients while advancing the careers of those who deliver it.
Our work centers on three strategic pillars: supporting early and mid-career physicians and healthcare leaders, conducting science-backed research that drives impact and practice, and advocating for the advancement of women's health.
